Ma. Kristina S. Lopez de Leon

Ms. Lopez de Leon has extensive experience in handling litigation cases involving family, civil, criminal, tax, and labor law. She has appeared before various courts and quasi-judicial bodies, representing clients in family disputes, labor and employment controversies, and other civil actions. Her litigation experience includes assisting clients through various stages of court proceedings, such as mediation, pre-trial, bail, and other judicial processes.

She likewise handles intellectual property matters for the Firm’s clients, particularly trademark applications, oppositions to trademarks, and related filings. In addition, Ms. Lopez de Leon assists in the immigration matters of the Firm, including visa applications, oppositions to departure orders, and other related proceedings before the relevant government agencies.

Her practice also extends to corporate and commercial law. She reviews contracts and agreements, conducts legal due diligence across multiple projects, undertakes corporate housekeeping for the Firm’s clients, and ensures compliance with annual reportorial requirements before the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Bureau of Internal Revenue, and other government agencies.
