Mary Eloise Uychiat-Tirol

Mary Eloise Uychiat-Tirol is of counsel of the Firm. She is involved in project development particularly in the fields of energy, water and infrastructure.  She also specializes in corporate and commercial transactions, including acquisitions and public-private transactions.

Ms. Tirol’s involvement in project development ranges from advising on the structuring and regulatory framework of the project, crafting the project documents including tender documents and  construction contracts, negotiating with the contractors and other stakeholders, and advising on risks and issues arising during construction and project implementation.
