Clarissa Marie M. Gozos

Ms. Gozos is actively engaged in both litigation and advisory work across a wide range of civil, criminal, labor, and corporate matters. She regularly assists clients in cases pending before various courts, prosecution offices, and administrative agencies. Her practice also includes drafting and filing pleadings before courts and quasi-judicial bodies, as well as reviewing contracts and conducting due diligence for corporate transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, she was recognized as a Finalist in the Foundation for Liberty and Prosperity Dissertation Writing Contest for her thesis entitled “From Laughter to Litigation: Examining the Legal Limits of Parodies in Relation to Copyright Law and the Right to Free Speech.”
