Ms. Fadrilan has experience in drafting and reviewing contracts, conducting legal due diligence, and advising clients on a broad range of practice areas, including data privacy, labor, energy, and corporate law. Her practice spans both regulatory compliance and transactional work. Ms. Fadrilan also assists in matters involving tax litigation, corporate secretarial services, immigration law compliance, and criminal defense. She has experience in preparation of pleadings before judicial courts, administrative bodies, and quasi-judicial agencies.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Fadrilan was engaged in policy research and development, with a particular focus on online child protection. She also facilitated orientations and training sessions on child protection laws for various government stakeholders, contributing to institutional capacity-building and public sector development.
