John Mari Y. De Ocampo

Mr. De Ocampo has experience conducting legal due diligence and drafting a wide range of commercial agreements, including Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contracts. He is actively involved in regulatory and transactional work related to energy projects and prepares legal opinions on matters such as data privacy, aviation-related issues, and property law. He also supports clients with corporate housekeeping and regulatory compliance. In addition to his corporate and regulatory practice, Mr. De Ocampo contributes to the Firm’s litigation practice, with exposure to tax litigation.
