Vica Patricia L. Dela Cruz

Vica Patricia L. Dela Cruz has experience in corporate, commercial, and labor law, with her current practice largely centered on corporate and commercial matters. She earned her BS in Management of Financial Institutions (2018) from De La Salle University Manila, and later obtained her Juris Doctor degree (2023) with honors from Ateneo de Manila University.

Her corporate and commercial law experience includes advisory work on a wide range of laws and regulations, contract review, regulatory compliance, foreign direct investment, business establishment, and corporate secretarial services. Meanwhile, her labor law experience involves representing both employees and employers, offering her valuable insight into both perspectives.
