Andrea Paola C. Herrera-Lim

Ms. Herrera-Lim handles litigation matters in various fields of law including matters pertaining to family law, prosecution and defense of criminal cases, real estate developments, violations of competition law, and civil claims. She has experience in the preparation of pleadings before judicial courts, administrative bodies, and quasi-judicial agencies and in the preparation of documents relating to domestic arbitration.

She handles corporate housekeeping work for various companies and has assisted in the submission of compulsory notification of a proposed transaction with the Philippine Competition Commission. She was also a member in the legal due diligence of various corporations covering compliance with regulatory and labor relations laws. She also has experience in reviewing contracts for corporate clients and in drafting advice involving labor-related queries and data privacy laws.
