Angelo Francesco F. Herbosa is a Junior Associate of the firm. His practice focuses on Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution, and Corporate Law.
Mr. Herbosa assists in litigation and arbitration proceedings before various courts and agencies arising from administrative, civil, commercial, or criminal disputes. He also assists in contract drafting and review, due diligence, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing advisory opinions for corporate matters covering different specializations.
During law school, Mr. Herbosa was part of the Executive Committee of the Ateneo Law Journal. He was Lead Editor of the Journal’s first Issue of the 63rd Volume. He has written three legal articles for the Journal, discussing issues in constitutional law, environmental law, and technology law.
