Camille Alison D. Lim – Go is a Partner of the firm. Her practice focuses on Mergers and Acquisitions, Real Estate, Infrastructure and Construction, Project Development, and Corporate and Commercial Law.
Ms. Lim-Go advises public and private companies on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, stock and asset purchases in the Philippines. Ms. Lim-Go has experience in project development in diverse industries – including real estate, water, energy, infrastructure, mining and health.
Ms. Lim-Go is also part of the team which advises various public-private partnerships for infrastructure projects all over the Philippines. She also has experience in preparing engineering, procurement and construction contracts (“EPCs”), and provides advice on regulatory compliance and contract administration for EPCs.
Ms. Lim-Go also advises Philippine and non-Philippine entities on day-to-day legal concerns and transactions, including regulatory compliance, and shareholder and management governance.
