Carl Lemuel P. Marquez

Mr. Marquez currently handles matters involving the preparation of various corporate documents and compliance reports required by the regulatory agencies of the government.

He also assists clients in drafting agreements, conducting due diligence, and preparing legal opinions for a variety of matters involving different fields of law. Mr. Marquez has also assisted in the preparation of pleadings for administrative, civil and criminal cases.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Marquez was a Tax & Corporate Associate in a Makati-based firm where he handled tax advisory and corporate compliance matters. He also completed his legal internship with the Office of the Solicitor General where he conducted research and drafted pleadings for various civil and criminal cases.
