Francesca Angela C. Guingona

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Guingona worked with the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) where, as the Policy Manager/Officer for the No Plastics in Nature Initiative she worked closely with the Philippine government on the (i) participation of the Philippines in the talks for the new Global Treaty to End Plastic Pollution and (ii) passing of the Extended Producer Responsibility Law in Congress. Through her work with WWF, Ms. Guingona attended the United Nations Environment Programmes’ Ad Hoc Expert Group Meetings and 5^th UN Environmental Assembly where a global mandate to negotiate a new treaty to end plastic pollution was decided on by all nation states.
