Jamie Katherine L. Sio

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Sio has more than a decade of professional experience in project management, business solutions, and information management in reputable global companies including Chevron Holdings, Inc. and Philip Morris International. Ms. Sio is a junior associate of the Firm, with experience in matters involving energy, real estate development, contracts and agreements, and general corporate law. She handles  drafting and reviewing of agreements, as well as preparing legal opinions and memoranda for clients on various fields of law, such as renewable energy, foreign investments, and property law. She also handles general corporate law, including ensuring regulatory compliance and assisting in corporate secretarial work.  She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Master of Business Administration.
