Jan Derric P. Briones is a Partner of the Firm. His wide area of practice includes civil and commercial disputes, white collar crimes, intra-corporate disputes, arbitration, banking, housing, agrarian reform laws, construction, tax and energy litigation. He has represented various corporations in the field of banking, power, real estate, and mass media before different courts, quasi-judicial and administrative bodies, and arbitration tribunal.

Derric is also a part-time instructor in University of Makati where he teaches Land Titles and Deeds.
