John Edcel Q. Andes is a Junior Associate of the Firm, with experience in Taxation and Corporate Law. Known for his meticulous approach, he is committed to providing practical and client-focused legal solutions.
Mr. Andes has experience in conducting due diligence, contract review, and giving client advice on taxation, corporate law, and civil law. Mr. Andes represented various clients in assessment cases before the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), and handled tax refund cases of various entities before the Local Board of Assessment Appeals (LBAA), the BIR, and the Court of Tax Appeals (CTA), Similarly, Mr. Andes also assisted clients in preparing for audits before the Bureau of Customs (BOC).
