John Mari Y. De Ocampo maintains a broad practice at Puno and Puno Law Office, handling Litigation, Corporate Law, and Taxation.
Mr. De Ocampo has experience conducting legal due diligence and drafting a wide range of commercial agreements, including Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contracts. He is actively involved in regulatory and transactional work related to energy projects and prepares legal opinions on matters such as data privacy, aviation-related issues, and property law. He also supports clients with corporate housekeeping and regulatory compliance.
