She obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the Ateneo de Manila University – School of Law. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the same university, where she graduated cum laude. She is a member of the Foundation for Liberty and Prosperity Scholars Society, and was a Finalist in the Foundation’s Dissertation Writing Contest in 2023.
Her practice focuses on intellectual property, with an emphasis on trademark prosecution, litigation, and enforcement. She has assisted in the resolution of numerous trademark disputes, including infringement, opposition, and enforcement matters before the regular courts, as well as inter partes proceedings before the Philippine Intellectual Property Office (IPOPHL). She also has experience reviewing and providing legal advice regarding transfer technology agreements.
