Ms. Capellan practiced as an architect and worked with architectural firms, gaining exposure to construction contracts and interactions with government agencies on matters involving land use, planning, zoning, and regulatory laws.
Ms. Capellan currently handles various land due diligence projects, manages corporate housekeeping for multiple companies, and conducts legal due diligence focusing on regulatory compliance. She also assists in preparing legal opinions on corporate and tax-related transactions.
In addition, Ms. Capellan handles litigation across various areas of law, including criminal cases, and has experience drafting pleadings for both trial and appellate proceedings.
