Marjorie Ivory S. Fulgueras – Go

Ms. Fulgueras provides advice to local companies and foreign investors on Philippine labor laws. She assists with day-to-day employment-related concerns including employee discipline, termination, industrial relations, and labor compliance audits. She also counsels clients on implementation of workforce restructuring programs, as well as successor-employer issues arising from mergers and acquisitions. She has handled several voluntary arbitration cases, complaints for money claims, illegal dismissal complaints, as well as preventive mediation/conciliation of labor disputes.

Ms. Fulgueras also handles litigation and represents clients in cases involving energy disputes, corporate rehabilitation, and white-collar criminal prosecution. She also practices family law and has handled cases involving petitions for declaration of nullity of marriage, legal separation, guardianship, probate and settlement of estate. She has appeared in litigation cases before all court levels as well as certain quasi-judicial bodies.

Presently, Ms. Fulgueras is also a faculty member at the Ateneo Law School and Far Eastern University Institute of Law where she teaches Labor Law.
