Nathalie Elloise C. Uy

Before joining PunoLaw as an associate, Ms. Uy acquired valuable experience through internships with both PunoLaw and the General Counsel of the Securities and Exchange Commission. In her role at PunoLaw, she handles legal due diligence across diverse fields, drafting of corporate documents, preparation of compliance reports and ensuring regulatory compliance, as well as reviewing various contracts and agreements. Her responsibilities extend to crafting memorandums on complex legislation such as the Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Law, Energy Power Industry Reform Act and Renewable Energy Law, participating in bidding processes for clients in initiatives like the Green Energy Auction Program, auctions facilitated by entities like the Laguna Lake Development Authority and other private auctions. Additionally, Ms. Uy has successfully managed numerous applications for Renewable Energy Service Contracts on behalf of various corporate clients.
