Mr. Nicholas William G. Di is a junior associate of the firm. His area of practice includes energy litigation, civil and criminal disputes, immigration law, corporate law and intellectual property law.
Mr. Di assists in litigation matters in various fields of law including energy, criminal and civil cases. He has reviewed various contracts such as Energy Performance Contracts and Power Supply Agreements and other contracts in relation to energy for various clients of the Firm. He also has experience in the preparation of pleadings before judicial courts, administrative bodies and quasi-judicial agencies.
He handles immigration matters for the firm, such as the processing of various visa and permit applications before various Philippine government institutions among others.
Mr. Di also handles corporate housekeeping work for various companies and has assisted in various applications and submissions to the Securities and Exchange Commission. He was also involved in the legal due diligence of various corporations covering compliance with regulatory, intellectual property laws labor relations laws.
Previously, he has experience on Competition Law and policy research, as he studied various House Bills attempting to amend the Philippine Competition Act and hosted forums discussing various aspects of Competition Law.
