Paulo Miguel R. Antonio

Mr. Antonio advises various local and international corporations carrying out work in numerous business sectors including energy, real estate, telecommunications, and financial technology. He is experienced in mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring, joint venture agreements, and stock and asset purchases in the Philippines.

Mr. Antonio assists in project development and negotiations, conducts due diligence reports, and drafts legal memoranda, for clients in all stages of a transaction. He has worked on a number of successful public biddings for clients and has aided in transactions that involve public-private partnerships. He is also a member of the firm’s immigration team and occasionally assists in matters that involve data privacy and intellectual property as well.

Alongside his time at the firm, Mr. Antonio also works as a part-time University Lecturer at the Ateneo De Manila University teaching Obligations and Contracts, Law on Business Organizations, Intellectual Property, or Labor Law in any given semester.
