Rianna Marie S. Co maintains a broad practice at Puno and Puno Law Office, handling Litigation, General Corporate Law, and Aviation matters. She also assists in civil and tax litigation disputes and advises on corporate compliance and governance.
Ms. Co is currently engaged in corporate housekeeping for a diverse portfolio of corporations, which includes the preparation and filing of applications with the Securities and Exchange Commission, Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, and other pertinent government agencies. She is also involved in drafting legal opinions addressing a range of legal issues, conducting legal due diligence for various companies, and reviewing commercial contracts.
Her experience extends to aviation-related matters handled by the firm, as well as the preparation of regulatory filings with the Department of Energy.
