Selina Alessandra M. Miranda

Ms. Miranda currently handles legal due diligence of various corporations and preparation of various corporate documents and compliance reports required by regulatory agencies of the government. She also assists in drafting agreements and preparing legal opinions for a variety of matters involving different fields of law, particularly energy law. Similarly, Ms. Miranda handles applications for the approval of power supply agreements between distribution utilities and generation companies before the Energy Regulatory Commission.
