Siegfried Kiel B. Sañez

Mr. Sañez has experience representing clients from different industries before quasi-judicial bodies and Philippine courts in cases of audit, assessment, and litigation. He also advises and assists clients before government agencies on  their commercial and corporate transactions such as mergers and acquisition, capital restructuring, registration, and accreditation, among others.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Sañez is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) who worked as an auditor in SyCip Gorres Velayo & Co (SGV & Co.). He was also an instructor with academic research exposure in Ateneo de Manila University’s John Gokongwei School of Management teaching managerial and financial accounting.
