Casino management service provider Global Gaming Philippines LLC (GGAM) has won its arbitration case against Bloomberry Resorts and Hotels, Inc. and Surestre Properties, Inc., owners of Solaire Resorts & Casino. The arbitral tribunal in Singapore issued a final award ordering Bloomberry to pay US$296 million to Global Gaming for Bloomberry’s wrongful termination of the management services contract with Global Gaming.
